If you have made a purchase at one of our shops, you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange items.
Exchanges can be made for other items or you can choose to receive a voucher for the exchange. This exchange voucher will be for the same amount as the amount of the item or items that have been returned to the shop.
When you arrive at the shop, please give the item you would like to exchange to a sales assistant together with the receipt. In order for such exchange to be approved, the articles must still have their labels attached and be in perfect condition.
We do not provide cash or credit card returns. If you do not want to make an exchange for another item when you come into the shop, you will be issued with an exchange voucher. Shoes, accessories or party dresses cannot be returned.
During sales season we do not issue or accept vouchers – exchanges must be made for other items. WINTER SALES (1 January – 5 March) and SUMMER SALES (1 July – 31 August).
